Annual Council Elementary Halloween Parade

Dear City of Council Merchants:
This letter is to let you know the Council Elementary School is planning on doing its annual Halloween Parade on Thursday, October 28th. The students will parade through the town as they have for the past three years dressed up in the fun and spooky Halloween costumes all eager to show off their wonderful Halloween costumes.
The students can be expected to be parading through the town at about 2:00 – 3:30, visiting storefronts, saying “Trick-or-treat” and will be excited to receive their Halloween goodies.
The Council Elementary Staff is hoping that the Council Merchants are expecting to participate in this yearly event to help make Halloween a wonderfully fun and safe experience for our elementary students.
If you are planning on giving out Halloween treats, please expect around 200 children for the parade. The Council Elementary staff appreciates your participation in this fun and exciting event for our elementary students. Without your participation each year, it would not be happening.
