MISSION
STATEMENT:
The
purpose of the Council Chamber of Commerce is
to promote and perpetuate the business, commercial, manufacturing,
agriculture, and civic interests of the City of Council and adjacent
territory; to develop a unified public spirit in all; whereby we can
put forth a concerted effort in aid to our city and county to make them
more prosperous, more beautiful and a better place in which to live.

Meetings
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 12 noon. The
location rotates among several locations each month. There is a
seperate directors
meeting on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Chamber office.

The
Council Chamber of Commerce is under the direction of an elected board
of directors. From those directors, a president and vice-president are
elected annually. Candidates for Director must be current chamber
members and in order to vote, members must be present at the election
meeting.
